Included Services: Accommodation includes services provided by Houze, namely: TV, internet, cleaning, private bathrooms and kitchens, repairs and maintenance, water, piped gas, electricity, and liability insurance.

Bookings and Security Deposit: To confirm your booking, full payment is required. To guarantee the fulfillment of obligations, a security deposit of €200 is paid upon booking. 

Usage and Maintenance Rules:

• Guests are prohibited from carrying out any construction, modifications, or changes to the decoration/furniture of the accommodation.

• Guests must maintain the accommodation and common areas in the exact conditions found, being responsible for cleaning, organization, and proper use of appliances.

• For security and maintenance reasons, Houze retains the keys and the right of permanent access to the accommodation. Technical visits will be scheduled and accompanied by our team, when necessary.

• Environmental responsibility: please turn off lights and equipment whenever leaving the accommodation.

• High-consumption appliances not provided by Houze and large furniture are not allowed.

Important Restrictions: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all areas (including rooms) and pets are not allowed. Parties are strictly forbidden.

Noise and Conduct: Guests must respect the neighbors' rest, observing absolute silence from 10:00 PM onwards.

Security: Houze is not responsible for personal valuables left in the accommodation.

Communication of Foreign Guests (Legal Requirement): In accordance with Portuguese law (Law n.º 23/2007), we are legally required to report the entry of all non-Portuguese citizens to the authorities (AIMA/SIBA).
